I have begun making one of the logo on canva but I have also made some other logo at the college on the computer. Which I haven't added to my blog yet but I will add the rest of the logo that I used illustrator or photoshop to create and design the logo. I will add them to my blog very soon once I finished designing but this logo I have at the moment is that I have used canva to create this specifically logo. I think this logo will strengthen the future students who want to come to stanmore college to achieve their goals for the succeeding.

What I am going to do for Work Experience?
I will speak to TJ/Client about trying to see if I could keep update for the work every week on the notice board. this will help me gain some skills while I work with the client. I will use the skills to adapt the way that I will collect evidence showing that I have able to make some progress and gain some skills while I am at it.
Before I have made a decision, I did wanted to work for my dad company Royal Mail to create a video content and a poster for his work but I did not think it will be planned out for me so the college give me a work experience. I wanted to contact my dad or my family friend for the opportunity that I was suggesting of doing in the meantime but it was a suggestion that I was keen of doing for unit 10.
I was hoping to learn and show skills along the way while I am working for TJ. I would be able to communicate, taking notes, able to ask some advice from the client for any questions. The skills that would help me during this experience is to be able to identify the way of planning out more graphic design ideas and showcase the work to put on display at the college media department.
I am very happy to know that this work experience at the college would help me showcase the skills that I have been developing to help me keep the work outcome more professionally. I will speak to TJ first thing on Monday Morning 30th September 2024 to ask him some question on how I should start creating the noticeboard.
Brainstorming of product ideas 27.09.24
For TJ's Noticeboard, I am keen to create a graphic poster that will be designed by illustrator or photoshop to put on the board. I will use the design to display the cilent work for the week to keep up to date and exploring the key of the project. I will need to ask TJ on what will be the theme of the topics for the week before jumping into conclusion. That way it won't make me have a mistake of starting ahead if I didn't intend myself on the flow. Although, i will discuss with TJ about the arrangement and plan myself further to keep the schedule on track. There will also be a theme that the client would like so I have to improve the ability of the skills and definitely show what I have in store.
I will need to use a computer room near TJ office to start collecting some ideas that could assist me for this project. I am about to make the college media department successfully for new students in the coming future ahead. I think this ideas won't stop me from brainstorming and working with the client to make the plan work officially. If TJ need to add another consumer to work with me, I am happy to take the favor which will make the job goes smoothly. The accessible of the media room will be a game changing experience for me where i will do and collect some research on what topics that they will help the department and partner well with the client. I will be able to keep an eye on the clock and use more time management which won't affect me continuing with unit 9. I am willing to pick up some creativity ideas that will help me promote the standard of the notice board and able to keep the work pressure secure.
The skills that I am willing to learn during this experience is that I will have a conversation with the client with good communication and working well in a team that won't sabotage the project. I will be able to maintain a balanced time frame to complete this work experience that is due in the last week before the christmas holiday. I will write or type some notes while TJ/client is discussing the ideas for the board to help the community of the college. This will be the way to bring my confidence and knowledge to other people that will be able to benefit the situation of the job eventually.
The reason why I decided to perform the idea of the task is because I have worked well with previous people before at the college in the media department or other department in the campus. So my strength is to decide the outcome of the plan to see if they agree with me or not in order to work together properly and keep the work maintain in a successful order. There will be a possibility that I will worked with someone in the department but I will see if so. However, I never know I might work on my own that I will be pleased about but it's just a suggestion that I will carried out. During my first year in 2020 before I started media in the same college Stanmore, I didn't know how to speak to people as I was very shy. But as time went on, I realize that my confidence speaking to people was a success which will worked appropriately well for me during this work experience. On the other hand, I have the capacity to speak to others as communication is very important while you are working with people.
I think the deadline of this work experience is by the week before we break up for christmas hoilday (December) will very convenience for me to show that the job will played out very effectively to adapt my thinking, communication, creativity skills on the spot. I will also showed that I have use most of the skills and able to understand the knowledge of getting a job in the future. I will improve that I have use critical thinking and decision making on any matter of the work to take everything consigned. I will be able to adapt and brainstorm strategies to learn a variable lesson.

Audience research
Most creative and cultural organizations will collect some forms of data about their audience, often through surveys. This is a great opportunity to collect not only required information for funders, but to start thinking about a few other data points that will help you evaluate your audience in ways that are really useful and insightful. Even if you are not required to submit audience research data, conducting some simple audience research can make a huge difference.
There are two main types of audience research: qualitative and quantitative.
Qualitative research involves gathering in-depth information about your audience's motivations, needs, and behaviours. This type of research is often conducted through vox pops, depth interviews, focus groups or activities and exercises. It's typically conducted with smaller numbers of people, but by talking to each person for a longer period or in a more free-form way. Quantitative research involves collecting statistical data from many people, such as demographics, ratings, expectations and outcomes, and interests and visiting habits. This type of research is often conducted through surveys, observations or website analytics. You may also be able to pull some data from your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, mailing list service, and box office/ticketing system.
Audience research is the process of gathering information about the people who visit you or see your work, use your services, or engage with your organization. This information can be used to inform or measure the success of your strategy, evaluate your current performance, and grow your audience. Ideally, the result would be some actionable insight that you can put into practice.

My own audience research
This is a survey using google form where I have come up with some questions to create the notice board which is relevant to the chosen product and the four events for the year. The client will explain what questions i will add on the survey form.

Audience Research
I am doing a written up about the target audience (audience research) for the college called Stanmore college. The target audience is from the range of ages to 16-19 years old. There is a range of courses that young people can chosen from media industry such as creative media, animation, games design and much more. The college are doing their best to invite young people to come to join the Stanmore college to learn and creative products using their imagination.
Names to add for each stage of events including Halloween,Christmas,Valentine day, Easter for digital display notice board:
Slogan for Christmas:
- "Christmas will always be as long as we stand heart to heart and hand to hand"
- Spending Christmas with people you love is festive than just eating chocolate all day”

Valentine's Day Slogan:
- "Rose are red, violet are blue, Valentine's Day is approaching,"

Halloween slogan:
- "Don't let Halloween get you chilled to the bone"
- "Don't trick just spooky treats"
- It's Halloween; everyone's entitled to one good scare.
These are names/slogan that my client wanted to come up with for the client's digital display board. I feel like some of these name would be suitable for each events but it's a suggestion which will help me decide if they would use the tagline or not.
Planning/Schedule
When my client able to send the document to me for the display board then I will log each step of the process to keep in track. However this will take a bit of time management as I still got plenty of cadence which is submit until December.
I have made a schedule list of the task I will discuss with my client next week. But I have planned myself a special time to meet with the client to make me start working on the chosen ideas on the digital notice board. This app helps me analyse the basic information that I have made record of.

This is a high-visibility digital signage solution, ideal for windows front, retail and other public spaces. It shows various messages and product promotions and shows them at the right time. This is an example of the digital notice board where its can be shown as a stand or placed on the wall. It can be any version of how to display the screen for the customers. A dark blue city appeared on the screen referring to a a night tone and how pretty the sky and background is. The key point that the stand isn't suitable for this type of digital screen because I refer to it to be placed on the wall which will be clear and specific. The colour scheme is very plain and simple which doesn't infer any attention at all because there is no bright colours and the two colours are blue and black which mean they are so boring and repetitive product. The style of the stand doesn't seem to suit this screen, it would better if it's was a different style of stand such as using a desk format or hang the screen on the wall. So that this digital stand won't be easy to break or bend. The features on this device is the "Play Button" where it's started playing some content of different topics and give a viewpoint of how the theme would stood out to me.

This digital notice board is designed and used to entertain, influence behaviour and build brand loyalty. The colour of the logos on the screen infer that the symbol of each foods in the restaurant and they used the right colours scheme and how each foods represent the colour and the dietary requirement that people suggest to select. The screen has a main title with a glowy colours such as blue, orange, dark blue is suggest that there is a rainbow strips at the top before the food menu appeared. For this notice board there is an image on the right hand side showing a chef with an original colours which stand out professionally. This is a good example of a digital notice board for any products such as advert of shoes brand, food, phone, cleaning services etc. I don't like the fact that it's only has less colours which is not very interesting and doesn't catch people's attention when customers are ordering foods from the menu. The colour scheme is full of vivid colours that keep the business running and help people understand the fact that they will know that if the foods is allergy or not. And people can know if the symbols suggest that the food is vegetarian or meat. In my opinion, I think if the notice board would change they should add more various of colours as a background theme and make the text more bigger and sometime reword the name which makes the customers shows that the digital board is more reliable.

I have added a picture of the client on the slide to show a different specific to the design instead of using the normal version of the original and the image shows a expression where I knew what picture goes for each slides. I could suggest to change the text on the slide but I will think about the update of the process later.
I could discuss with the client if this is convenient to make some changes for the colours like adding my own colours to the text. I might need to change the colour font if the client want me to.

I have made a started and edited the powerpoint presentation by changing the background as I was expected to do to update the progress for the client. I was able to do the part that the client asked to by making a develop of the slides when it's needed. These evidence of the work provided is the final items that I have created for the client.

I have made an experiment of this powerpoint by changing the colour background as the client was suggesting me to do. Although, the colours are very dark which suited the content of the presentation. And I only have changed the image on one of the slides and this is what the client ordered me to do. I can refer that this piece of work is the final production.

I have communicated with the client in college with some follow up questions as the client said the project we did so far was a wrong evidence for this task. However, the client will discuss and contact me whenever possible for the correct form of evidences which I could continuously making progress with. As we need to see if we need to make some changes or waited until they set a new work task for this work experience.

I will make a review of the progress to get some feedback on the final touches. I hope the client likes the final color design editing where I have rearranged the images by replacing them with new version and renamed the powerpoint to " Stanmore College Media Department ".

Unit 10 Evaluation
For unit 10, I have helped out making and improving my client’s digital notice board. I have added a new feature like a coloured background and some images go with it. This project was very simple and creative with a good mindset to make an order for the task. Making some research for different images that will be suitable and stand out mostly this the PowerPoint presentation. I have made a search to look for good professional solid quality images to match the concept of the task in which my client would be impressed with.
For doing the digital notice board, I’ve learned to know what the client wants me to produce with any colors and images that would be convenient to make him happy and pleased with the results that I have produced for the client. As I was able to make a lots of progress and get the items very clean and organized to meet the specific target audience for the college media department. There was a range of colours which could outstandingly the environment and the future students of the college.
I think i have made the needs of my audience as I was able to upload the images that are cartoon version which makes future students of the college to join the media department with any area of media they prefer studying. And they were able to look back on the outcome to lend me some feedback on the process of the project. There would be many young people from 16 to 19 years to able to know a lots more about different aspects of media which they can head to the right direction. I was very creative though if they were a few images to picked from to paste on each slides. I was able to use creative skills by changing the colours for the presentation as I was providing some feedback from the client.
During the project, I didn’t changes a lots much as all I have to do is to making some changes to the color theme. I have use communication skills to help me understand the client professional to finished the client’s product. I have use those skills In a creative and smart way to adapt my thinking by understanding what does the client said to make some progress on the work given. The clients gained me a high standard of confidence and commitment throughout the tasks that also make me realizing to work with people that I don’t know and have that in mind to use for the future.
For the client design work, I have created a presentation of images of the clients that are cartoon characters. Firstly, the client send me images and a presentation on a usb drive to port into a computer so that I can see the full screen of the images. Then the client communicate with me referring to what he wanted as his final product for his board which I learned professionally and passionately through all the designs works that he has provided for me to do so.
I think the most part of the work that I am proud of was to add the images of the client and changing the background color for his project. As long as the client was happy and pleased with the overall outcome. However, it’s was stressful as I didn’t able to keep in contact with him leading to the final result for his work design. Another part that I am proud was to listen and learn that the client wanted me to changes some of the images by locating into google to find good readability images that will be useful and suited the concept of the notice board for the right target audience. It’s was simple steps and instructions that I have gained during this experience. From doing this work, I have learned to use communication and help the client in a positive manner which I have experienced before. I was able to provide on what does the client wants in returning by triggering me some feedback which could make a big difference for the board. I was able to learn to write some details to inform him to see if this progress was is exactly what he wanted. The project will be a disappointment if I didn’t do exactly on what the client needs. Toward the end of the work experience, I was able to experience different ways of understanding what people wanted employees to design for their company. As this is what I did for the client to know what kind of job I will be doing for someone in the future. In contrast, the client and I was able to communicate further ideas on the product whether if I need to make changes by asking questions to help me realized the importance of this project. The PowerPoint presentation is the best and colorful such as blue and purple as it’s will be easier for the client to read the message intelligibly. If I could repeat the process again, I would keep being in contact with the client to follow up the work leading to the final deadline. I would keep this in mind to help me understand the pressure of getting a job which is not easy indeed. I have used my own colours which either pale or dark purple to stand out the slides to make it look more brilliant and bleached. Finally, I have noticed that the client and I was suppose to arranged multiple meeting to catch up on the following work that need to be provided to help me to complete the task on the deadline spot.
